The customer service was outstanding, with the manager even driving a couple to church when they missed the bus. Despite a lack of an elevator on the second floor and an ice machine, I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and accommodating managers.

Additionally, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to the event I was attending and in the area for business. It was also a short distance from a nearby casino in Kinder and a ballpark. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, featuring fluffy eggs, although they could have had a stronger egg taste. Finally, the staff notified me right away when I accidentally left a pair of shoes behind, showing their excellent customer service.
